Since November 9 when a hailstorm damaged some panels of my pool enclosure, I have had nothing but hassles in getting it repaired properly.

Then on March 3 Mark and Brent arrived, saw what needed to be done and got to work, finishing the job on Friday.

They were both extremely courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and above all 1st Class workers who obviously knew what they were doing.

To the Manager / proprieter of Suncoast Enclosures,

I recently used the joint services of Performance Patios and Suncoast Enclosures to complete an enclosed patio at my home on Bribie Island.

I want to formally acknowledge what a pleasure it was interacting with Suncoast. The salesman, Tony, was obviously capable, very courteous and obliging. I had an occasion to interface with the scheduler Garry, and even though he was unable to assist me, he was genuinely concerned and made every effort to help. Often the sales and office people are very professional and the actual 'job' can be a bit disappointing - I am writing to tell you this was definitely not the case on this occasion.

The professionalism of the two tradespeople responsible for completing the screening was exceptional. I have worked in sales and I have also managed a manufacturing facility that required hiring a number of trades and I understand how very good at their jobs these two young men are. Their presentation, attention to detail, work ethic, manners and interaction with each other was exemplary. Right up to the final tidy up, despite very long days and extremely adverse weather conditions, they went the extra mile.

I am a willing referee should a potential client want to either view your product or speak to someone on the phone about the caliber of your finished product.
